Great little lawn mower for my lawn. Enough battery to mow the back lawn then had to charge again for the front. Lasted about 20mins. Essy to setup and charge.

Really pleased with this. Yes you could prob get a more powerful one for a lot more money. I have a medium sized garden and it didn't use too much battery . People complained about difficulty putting grass collector together but I had it done in mins.( I clipped the back end first? ) Have only used once so far but so much easier than messing with a corded one.

Easy to assemble and use mower. Not too big for storage but, perfect for mowing a medium garden size lawn like mine. Being cordless is a big advantage.

Good mower for the price
The mower was easy to assemble however the grass box was a bit fiddly to put together. It has three cut settings and cuts the grass really well. The battery seems fairly decent and the 30 litre grass box is a good size.

Wouldn't work
I couldn't get it to work and neither could Argos. Returned it for a different lawnmower. Shame because I was excited about having a cordless one. The grass box is fiddly - took so long to put it together! The most itself was light and I'm sure it would have been good if it worked. Returning and exchanging was easy.

The supplier has advised for the McGregor 31cm Cordless Lawnmower - 18V: Purchases 2 separate machines will get a battery per machine, if it's a twin pack it's one battery.

This mower has 3 cutting heights from 2.5cm to 6.5cm, so the low setting is fairly short-cut and should suit a neat finish on smaller lawns.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for McGregor 31cm Cordless Lawnmower - 18V.
The charge on the battery will depend on the customers grass, if it is to long/thick/wet then the motor has to work harder so the battery will drain quicker. Usual times are 25-35 minutes.

To adjust the blade height,
Release the start lever and disconnect the battery pack and safety key
from the mower.
2. Upside down mower, pull the rear and front shaft out and place them into the correct slot for the desired cutting height.
3. Make sure that the rear and front shaft are at the same level.
NOTE!
Always ensure the lever clicks back into the slot.
