Amazing bit of kit, but crashes my computer

This is the best microphone i have ever owned the quality and sound are amazing, however, it crashes my computer when i use it. I have tried troubleshooting and i just cant get it to work properly, i have asked my texh savvy son to try and get it working for me he has tried everything but unfortunately it STILL crashes my computer after about 5 minutes.

Great mic for table/desk set ups. Extreamly clear and crisp sound while playing games (comments from other players). Great for streaming. Feels strong and solid(heavy) so cant be knocked over when kids get excited during gaming. Great professional look and feel. Matches PS5 set up.

Husband tried this out and lied it!

This Microphone is nicely deigned with a heavy base, good if you stream or are a semi professional streamer, My husband liked that it stood on a stand and was sturdy and could be placed near his monitor or while gaming in the front of his keyboard. He likes how it has a mute button in the middle of the mic which makes it easy when you have family interrupting you often. Sound quality is great and clear while gaming he prefers it to the microphone he had attached to his headphones. Easy to install and doesn`t take up too much room .

Second to none for quality

Fantastic…no faults what so ever! Visually really smart looking. Sound quality is second to none. I have used it for Zoom calls and the simple tap to mute function with the light changed to highlight when muted makes zoom meetings a beeps. My son has also used this whilst gaming and his friends can’t believe how clear he sounds. Set up is really easy with no fuss.

Very easy to use microphone - plug and play.

Really great quality for a plug and play microphone. You do have the option to download their to use other options however it’s a USB and works just by plugging in to your computer. Can be used at 2 different heights (instructions provided) and can also be attached to a boom (sold separately I believe). The light on the front indicates the mic is in use however if you want to mute the mic simply press the button on the front which will turn red to show it’s muted. Works well with the built in voice recorder in your computer and very easy to set up and use. Great statrting mic for any budding content creators on a budget :-)
