Shark steam mop and handheld multi
Not sore what I expected but I am a little disappointed. I thought it would just cut through the grease and grime and water scaling but I takes ages going over and over the same bit to make a dent. The steam isn’t continuous it goes full steam then has to almost recharge itself before it fires up to full again and always having to fill it up every couple of minutes Maybe it’s me and I’ll get used to it the handheld bit The actual mop itself seems to be fine and that definitely is its strong point over the hand held component

Sparkling clean.
Floor mop is powerful and does a good job of cleaning the floor. Handheld tool is useful for deep cleaning the bathroom. I would like it to come with more cloths.

Terrible product - replacement didnt work either!
This was the biggest waste of time. The first one I ordered didn't work. Steam did not come out and the button didn't work to select settings. I exchanged for a like for like product and that didn't work either! Each time Shark customer services ran through the set up and said it was faulty. I found a much better product with a different brand, for equal cost and will not purchase shark again.

Bought to replace the same product which had stopped working as 10 years old. Feels cheaper made and the steam output is not as powerful, For the price I would look at other brands. I only use for hand steaming so can't comment on floor cleaning.

This steam cleaner does not suck up the dirt. It uses the high amount of steam it produces, along with the cloth, to remove stains.
We do not suggest using this steam cleaner on cushion flooring unless it has been approved by your floor manufacturer.

We would like to let you know that the mop head is removable from the main body but the handle and pole are not.

Our supplier says "I can confirm that all of our steam mops are safe to use on vinyl flooring providing that they are on the lowest setting.
You can also use them on carpet providing you have the carpet glider attachment on the unit and use it on the recommended setting in the manual"
