The item’s console has a selection of features. When you use the console’s manual mode, you can change the speed and incline of the treadmill with a touch of a button and the console will display instant exercise feedback as you exercise. iFIT is a subscription service but you are under no obligation to subscribe, access or use the service to use this machine.

iFIT, if you wish to access and use it, does give more options. You can change the selection of featured workouts and these will automatically control the incline and speed as iFIT trainers guide you through the exercise sessions. These are extra features and are not necessary to the basic use of the machine.
