The Wahl Colour Pro Cordless Hair Clipper 9649-017X starts at 3mm with the red comb and then 6mm with the purple comb. There is no 4mm comb included.
There are 8 comb sizes included ranging from 3mm to 25mm.

The Wahl Colour Pro Style Cordless Hair Clipper 9639-2117X has Grades 0.5-8, has 12 attachments included:1-8 Colour Coded Guide combs, 0.5 & 1.5 Grade combs, Left and Right Ear Taper combs. No travel pouch included. Different battery required 1 x NiMH (included).
