“This has 5 Temp settings up to 230 (150 / 170 / 190 / 210 / 230). The temperatures do not show in numbers, there are just 5 lights/dots, so one dot would be 150, two dots 170 and so on, until 5 dots would be the highest heat at 230. ”

The BaByliss Hydro-Fusion Straightener is not multi voltage, it's 230V~ 50-60Hz 50W. In Pakistan the supply voltage is 230V. If the appliance is a single voltage rated appliance, it will need to operate at the same voltage as the supply voltage of the country i.e. 230V.
From the information we have available, you may need to use an adaptor there as they do not use the same UK 3-pin plugs. (They are 2-pin or 3-pin, rounded rather than flat, in a different configuration so a UK plug won't fit).
