This Opti Bench brings your workout home with everything included. It's an adjustable bench with a standard bar and multiple weight plates to get you started. You can train arms, chest and abs without a gym membership. The backrest switches between flat, incline and decline angles. That means targeting different muscle groups from one compact setup. It saves space in spare rooms or garages while giving you workout variety.

Great value for. Money. good quality. Ideal for maintaining fitness with reasonable weight 🏋️♂️ lift. I would say that there safe to use, even without a 'spotter' (help if you get trapped below weights, particularly after too many rep's.). I combine the bench presses with 16kg dumb bells, which I have had for many years (50) 😆 🤣 😂 😹 I am still as strong 💪 as an Oxe 🦬small one anyway. 😆 🤣 as a home fitness regime, you cannot go wrong with this purchase. Excellent value for money 💰

The Opti Bench with 30kg Weights comes with the maximum weight (30Kg) for the preach pad, and the maximum training mass on the barbell bar is 45kg, so you could add an additional 15kg for training on the Barbell only. You can find out more of Opti's vinyl weight range on our website.
