Compact- great for small/awkward spaces!
We bought this for a small awkward space in our daughter’s bedroom and needed something to match her ikea billy bookcases- this was perfect! Reasonably sturdy, compact and easy to fit together. Instructions were nice and easy too. Finish fairly similar to the billy and looks great in her room! As it’s a fairly shallow bookcase, it mainly fits smaller books and her various trinkets and card games. Great size and good price!

No, stacking two units is not recommended as it could affect the structure and stability. The bookcase is not designed to support extra weight from another unit on top.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Argos Home Apley Short Bookcase: Since the product has 9 pairs of adjustable holes on two side panels, you can add more shelves if needed, however they are not sold separately.
