About this product
The Habitat Brooklyn Single Bed Frame gives you a solid sleeping setup that's built for kids and stands up to daily life in a busy bedroom. It's made from solid pine with a white painted finish, so it handles the knocks and bumps that come with younger users. The simple design works with most bedroom styles and won't look dated as they grow. There's room for a single mattress, and wooden slats are included for support. It's suitable for ages 4 and over, and it's been safety tested for adult use too. The maximum user weight is 120kg, so it's strong enough for years of use.
Two freestanding underbed drawers come with the frame, giving you extra storage for toys, clothes or bedding. Both drawers roll on castors, so you can pull them out easily and tuck them back under when you're done. They're open-top drawers, so you can see what's inside without having to open anything. The white finish ties the whole look together. It arrives flat-packed and you'll need two people for assembly, all fixings and instructions are provided. Covered by a two-year manufacturer's guarantee.

Perfect for us
Had this bed for three months now and it’s very good. Easy to assemble and a gorgeous colour. Two storage draws underneath big enough to store lots.

Bought two, look good and seem durable
Bought two of these for a childrens' room, straightforward to put together as long as you read the instructions. Look good in place and seem sturdy.

Lovely bed
Lovely clean design that works well in my daughter’s small room. Under bed storage is very good but drawers are not full depth so I can fit storage containers behind the drawers also. Only things to note is that the slats are creaky and whilst my daughter is young they seem sturdy but when she gets into her late teenage years I’m unsure how they may cope.

Lovely strong single bed

Poorly made bed
This bed is beautiful to look at but unfortunately was so creeky! The headboard alone without any fittings was squeaky! When it was put together it was even worse, the whole bed would make noise. My toddler (we all know they are constantly moving in bed) was waking himself up every hour. I was lucky enough to have this returned by the lovely manager in Argos at Broadcut, we have now purchased a cheaper metal bed that doesn’t make any sound!

Nothing amazing just a white single bed, easy to put together, a bit on the cheaper side Draws are bit rubbish but overall my son sleep amazing in this bed

awful
spent a whole day putting bed together. mother sat in it a length support snapped in half breaking the entire bed. Customer service said i was allowed to take a photo of breakage into store then when i went to store they told me i had to return the bed. Awful customer service i won’t be buying from Argos again. I returned the bed and will be shopping elsewhere.

“ It is unfortunately not possible to buy 2 extra drawers. But the drawers are 45cm deep, so there wouldn't be space enough for them at both sides of the bed, as the bed base is 90cm. ”
