Badly designed fridge interior
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good quality fridge/freezer let down by the shelf layout of the fridge. There are a choice of shelf heights but realistically they are unusable unless you remove a shelf because the shelf spacing makes the shelf height far too low. The top shelf is too low which adds to the issue.

AEG Integrated Fridge Freezer
Well built and good design except one aspect that lets it down. The fridge air purifier, the polystyrene filter air intake is visible inside the fridge, a simple slotted white piece of plastic cover could have concealed this, spoils the internal look.

Had a few issues getting the freezer cold enough to freeze my ice as the recommended temp just wasn’t low enough but once sorted it’s been great. The fridge temperature was a dream from the offset and the retractable draw is a nice touch, as in the little hanging one in the door.

Sliding door hinges for integrated fridge freezers allow the kitchen cabinet door to be attached to the appliance, using a sliding rail mechanism to move independently from the fridge door itself.
This system enables the cabinet door and fridge door to open at slightly different angles while staying aligned.
