These are not pickleball bats. They are a different shape, and the paddle section is flexible. I bought these before going to a pickleball session for the first time. It became obvious when looking at other players' equipment that these are really toys.

Good as a first time racket

This is a good starter set. I bought it to play with my children. It’s nice that it includes two different ball options for different types of ground. When playing at a centre, the original hollow ball is ideal. The other, bouncier ball is trickier to use and is heavier, although I believe that is actually the beginner ball. The rackets themselves are on the heavier side, but they are durable and don’t bend. The handle is a good length and thickness, and the rubber grip is comfortable to hold, so your hand doesn’t slip.

Cheap & thin plasitc rubbish - avoid

This is very much a play-set rather than a sporting product. Bats are thin plastic...unsuitable for sport, and not a lot of fun even for child's play. I bought the Hy-pro set as well, which have a much better feel when hitting, but are wooden under some sort of veneer. Doesn't feel like they will last. Look elsewhere for a graphite or fibreglass product. Probably only 50% more expensive if you shop around and can wait for delivery. On the plus side, your kids could leave these out in the rain, and they won't suffer any damage.

Love these bats

We had so much playing with these bats balls 2 different games on the go !! Very sturdy love the shape for hand holding and easy to transport around if h purchase a small net bag !! Great value !!

Pickleball

Cheap but not up to the job for adult play. Not thick or long enough to easily get the ball over the net. Maybe ok for children or on the beach
