Too high for me
I have the panda bamboo mattress topper which is divine to sleep on, having wear and tear on my lower back. My memory foam pillow had seen better days so decided to get this one with all the good reviews, however, as soft and comfortable as this pillow is, it is too high for me so is leading to neck ache in the mornings. A disappointing purchase for me personally.

Only a week in. The pillow is very well made and comfortable. I’m getting used to it because it’s very different from a ‘normal’ pillow but my neck and shoulders are already feeling better

Unhappy customer
Bought two of these pillows after seeing the positive reviews, but unfortunately it didn’t suit us. It was a bit high and couldn’t sleep comfortably in it. As the website advertises 30 night free trial, I wanted to return it back,but that wasn’t possible either with Argos. So I’m really not happy with my purchase as I couldn’t use them after paying a good price.

great pillow
This is a great and comfortable pillow which I found has the perfect degree of firmness. Shipping was incredibly fast. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was that as someone with large shoulders I feel the pillow is slightly too low/short for side sleeping. Excellent for back sleeping in my case though. My wife on the other hand feels it has the perfect height for side sleeping.

Excellent for bad necks!
I bought this after throwing my neck out constantly with my last pillow. It has massively helped and is so comfortable. I bought a second one for my husband.

Great for back sleeping
I’m recovering from an operation that means I need to sleep on my back and this pillow was recommended to me by ChatGPT as being the most suitable. It is nice and firm but soft at the same time. I’m usually a side sleeper so once I can sleep normally I don’t think I’d use this as it’s too flat. Great for back sleeping; not so much for side sleeping.

Best pillow for me
I have neck pain for many years. This pillow greatly support my head and neck and alleviate the problem. I should have bought it eariler. I tried water pillows, hotel pillows or strange-shaped pillow, they didn't work for me. Although the panda pillow has a strong weird scent in the first week of use, the smell was gone after a week or so. The pillow came in a good, clean package. Highly recommended if other pillows can't help with your sleep.
