So much fun !!
So much fun! We loved making the Modern House. It arrived in a lovely bright box and the instructions and pieces were all helpfully put into the box so make the build stress free. We did it as a family and had a brilliant time, it also looks great once done!

Lego house that can be designed into multiple form
The lego we built as a family. The paper bags were child friendly and easy to recycle. The instructions were very visual which helped my son who happens to have down's syndrome. The build was easy when following the instructions. The attention to detail was brilliant. At each stage you could see the room detail. Would recommend and good fun for any budding lego enthusiast. It kept us busy on a rainy weekend.

Brilliant
Fantastic product. Great packaging, it arrived with paper bags and cardboard. Very easy instructions and appropriate age rating. It can be set up separately which is great for play and comes with Lego people.

Lots of fun
Lots of fun to make, very clear instructions. 3 different buildings to make with their own instruction book. Lego pieces are in PAPER bags now instead of the plastic ones, which is better to open as well as being good for the environment. We had a lot of fun building this, there's a lot of details that have gone into the planing, like a chandelier, cherries for cocktail glass, flippers for the pool, and lots more.

Looks great
This set looks great once completed i love how its a 3 in 1 too so multiple builds to suit preference. It took a few hours to build but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Great detail throughout, the windows and doors all open and accessories are cute and on trend and gives easy access to play via the back. A great set! Would recommend

Hours of fun!
Great fun building with clear instructions that were very easy to follow, with each section in a bag and labelled up in the booklet making it a nice easy but enjoyable build for my son. Loved the attention to detail and the finish on the interior parts and each room was easy to move around, creating new room ideas. Easy build and great for little ones imagination the age 9+ for the build seems about right. I would definelty recommend

Wow lovely set and looks great once built
Amazing Modern looking house. Building this was very enjoyable took about three hours in total. The other two you can build from same pieces a lot quicker than the main house. The attention to details is fantastic fire pit and chandelier and love the sliding patio doors and windows that open and close. This is a lovely LEGO set and recommend it comes together nicely with easy to follow instructions .

Great modern set
I really loved some of the details in this set such as the rug, the swivel chair and the lamp, they were very modern. The trees were initially quite difficult to build but were fine once you got the hang of it. I love how each of the buildings clicked together so you can have them separately too if you want to. Plus with it being a 3 in 1 it's nice how you can change it to something different when you want to. I think it was a little disappointing that a set of this price only came with 2 mini figures. I loved the new style bags which the loose Lego came in as well, it gives Lego a fresh new feel. The instructions were very clear to follow and I feel the 9+ is a suitable age guidance. This would make a great add on to any collection though the lack of mini figures does slightly let it down.
