About this product
The Habitat Pimlico Wardrobe keeps your clothes organised and your bedroom fresh. This double wardrobe with two doors reveals hanging space, a top shelf, and two smooth-gliding drawers below. A full-width rail holds dresses, shirts and coats, so nothing needs folding unless you want it to. The drawers store folded items, accessories or whatever needs tucking away. It sits on splayed solid wood legs that lift it off the floor, letting you hoover underneath without awkward manoeuvring. The white finish and clean lines fit most bedrooms without fuss.
Cut-out handles keep the front smooth and simple, no protruding bits to catch on. The hanging rail holds up to 25kg, so you've got plenty of capacity for your wardrobe. Metal runners on the drawers mean they glide open and close without sticking. Wall fixings are included, and they're really important for taller furniture like this, especially if you've got kids in the house. love the look of this but I found putting the base together very tricky. It does feel flimsy which is a shame and if it gets a dent etc the paint can chip off

Great quality and looks very smart. Only downside is the drawer runners don’t line up right (the pre-made marks are not in the correct place), so the drawers don’t sit flush as they should.

Bought this after christmas, missing pilot holes for the hinges left the doors unable to close, they're way off with no amount of adjusting will get them flush. Avoid this wardrobe, looks nice but also scuffs incredibly easily.

It is what it is
This wardrobe is absolutely fine for what it is. It is not too large which may suit some people and has clean lines which is why I bought it. I bought it for a storage cupboard for my office. I wouldn't want it as a bedroom wardrobe because it looks a bit flat-pack - which it is! I bought it on a sale day for half the RRP. I don't think it's worth £325. The legs are not wood. Well, they are, but the surfaces are covered with wood-effect melamine and look a bit cheap. I didn't use these and put the wardrobe on a solid plinth which I made, but this was to do with the room rather than any other reason. I also painted the wardrobe. I'm sure I read somewhere where it said the wardrobe was painted mdf - It isn't. The surfaces are shiny melamine which was annoying, because I had to pre-prep with Zinsser BIN to provide a good surface for painting. People have remarked that it's complicated to build. It isn't really. The instructions are very clear, but it does take a bit of time.
