Who doesn't enjoy a neatly turned-out wardrobe. Sitting on splayed solid wood legs, our white Pimlico double wardrobe is uncompromisingly honest. It has simple lines and well thought out spaces. Spanning the full width is a rail, top shelf and 2 easy glide drawers. Just what you need for hanging, folding and storing. Cut-out handles add to the overall smooth silhouette.

It is what it is
This wardrobe is absolutely fine for what it is. It is not too large which may suit some people and has clean lines which is why I bought it. I bought it for a storage cupboard for my office. I wouldn't want it as a bedroom wardrobe because it looks a bit flat-pack - which it is! I bought it on a sale day for half the RRP. I don't think it's worth £325. The legs are not wood. Well, they are, but the surfaces are covered with wood-effect melamine and look a bit cheap. I didn't use these and put the wardrobe on a solid plinth which I made, but this was to do with the room rather than any other reason. I also painted the wardrobe. I'm sure I read somewhere where it said the wardrobe was painted mdf - It isn't. The surfaces are shiny melamine which was annoying, because I had to pre-prep with Zinsser BIN to provide a good surface for painting. People have remarked that it's complicated to build. It isn't really. The instructions are very clear, but it does take a bit of time.

Elegant
Looks beautiful, the legs are elegant and the colours are great. Lots of space and clean lines. A reasonably challenging piece of furniture to put together but the instructions were clear. I'm really pleased with it.

Overall good, but could be improved
Sturdy frame, drawers and doors feel a bit less robust. Lots of adjusting to get the doors lined up. The wardrobe smells strongly of paint or something, so we have to keep my sons bedroom door open when he’s sleeping. It’s been over a week and it’s still quite a strong smell. Overall though, we are happ with the wardrobe, but wish the drawers were sturdier and the doors need a soft close hinge!

Nice looking, small wardrobe
Nice looking wardrobe, it’s quite small and doesn’t hold as much as I thought. It was a nightmare to put together some of the instructions weren’t very clear, some holes in the picture weren’t there in the parts. As a result I made some errors and had to undo screws and parts. Overall ok
