I have used it three times so far and it's doing a good job. My old one had a bigger drum so I am trying not to overload it but I have no idea how much 7kg (I think) of clothes look like! It beeps at every turn of the dial, which I'm sur will become irritating eventually, but I don't mind it atm. The door is lower than I'm used to and have to remember to move my laundry basket out of the way first, but that's ok. It's smart & neat looking. It's reasonably quiet, as are the beeps.

All good so far!
Bought this a few weeks ago and it has straightforward instructions and does the job. I like the option of a cold water wash which I'll be using more in the summer when I can dry clothes outside for extra freshness. The 20 degree wash is as good as the 30 on my old machine On a bit of a downside I can't tell much difference with the 1400 spin speed from the 12. Not really a problem as I find it dry enough.
