I bought this when my wife was pregnant. Got the purple one. Bounces well, its durable. Lasted us the whole term. Deflates after every few weeks so need to repump every sos often. The pin that blocks the whole is tricky to remove once in.

I bought this to help with pelvic pain in pregnancy, it’s the right size for me at 5”3 and it has done the job. I have found it seems to deflate a little after continued use but it’s easy enough to top up

When I received the ball it was not inflated, but it came with a small black pump that made it really easy to inflate with air.
