It has a Manual mechanism. VESA compatible mount with 100x100, 200x100, 200x200, spacings (horizontal x vertical distance between mounting holes on the back of the TV).

Not all 32” tv fits on the bed!!
Bought the bed and the tv that Argos said to buy togther…. DONT!! Not all tv fits the bed. I couldn’t return the tv as I had bought it when ordered the bed. The tv arrived and 6 weeks later the bed arrived. So out of money as had to buy another tv!!

Great sturdy bed, very good quality and easily put together! You do have to manually push and pull the tv up and down but it’s not hard or stiff just glides up and down. Very happy with my purchase!
