My son has been after this set for some time, and keeping an eye on prices it was reduced at a great price on Argos.
He received it on his birthday and is over the moon with the set.

Great project and great value. Enjoyed the build and could follow the instructions well, although challenged in places in a good way. Already ordered the Red Bill, Ferrari and McLaren on the strength of this purchase.

I bought it as a gift whilst it was on offer as it was quite expensive. The person that I bought it for loved it and really enjoyed building it, I have to say that when it was finished it looked like it was the real thing

I have built loads of Lego sets before this but this is my first technics f1 set. And overall it’s an amazing set. The building techniques used and the details are amazing. I’m a massive f1 fan. But I did feel like there was a step missing when it came to adding the front wing from underneath the car. And there was a couple other steps that weren’t as clear as they could be. Other than these tho this set is a must have for any f1 fan

“ The 42171 Mercedes-AMG F1 W14 E Performance does indeed have paper instructions! Sets that don't include paper instructions are very rare, mostly Super Mario sets, and will say so on the set's box. ”
