The Breeze Unicorn trike grows through three stages parent-steered with footrest, parent-assist with pedal practise, and fully independent riding. Touch steering responds to gentle guidance, so you're not wrestling a stiff handlebar around corners. Switch between parent and child control as confidence builds. Suitable for ages 15 months and up with adult supervision.
Built for early riders with features that adapt wide wheels for stability, puncture-resistant tyres, foldable footrest when it's not needed, and a safety belt for younger stages. Easy grip handles give small hands something to hold. The touch steering system makes navigating doorways and paths straightforward. Includes parent control handle for steering and guiding. Bought as a Xmas present but we put it together relatively easily. Seems quite robust from other similar options I viewed & lots of flexibility as our granddaughter becomes more independent. Very small basket on the front that would fit a small soft toy but also has a reasonable sized carrier at the back. I think this will be well played with.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for SmarTrike Breeze 3-in-1 Toddler Trike - Unicorn:
To add the front pedals feel underneath the central front wheel for a red button. Press in to release the centre cover then place the wheel into the hole to just before the second notch, lifting the large front wheel ensure it turns using the pedal before fully pushing and locking into place.
