About this product
The Argos Home Mia Single Bed gives your child a comfortable place to rest, with built-in storage to keep their room tidy. It's a single bed that suits ages four and up, so it grows with them through the years. The underbed drawer rolls out on smooth castors and fits on either side, handy for storing toys, bedding or seasonal clothes. The frame combines solid wood elements with a smooth white finish, and charming heart cut-outs add character. Wooden slats support the mattress, and the low height makes getting in and out easy for little ones.
The bed includes a Habitat Rae Comfort Open Coil Mattress with 323 springs for support. It's hypoallergenic and free from chemical treatments, so it's gentle on sensitive skin. The medium feel suits growing children, and the single-sided design means you don't need to flip it, just rotate it regularly. The frame arrives flat-packed with clear instructions, assembly needs two people. The footboard stands around 55 centimetres high, and the base sits roughly 25 centimetres off the floor. Maximum user weight is 120 kilogrammes, so it's suitable for adults too.

Bought for great granddaughter who chose the design, she loves it and said the mattress is so comfortable , once asleep she stays asleep and wakes up rested , only thing is she does not want to get out of bed now , definitely recommend this bed and now have to purchase another one for her sister

Perfect next bed for our little girl
She loves all her toys in the storage drawer underneath. We did need to tie a rope between the hearts on the drawer as she isn't big enough to pull out the drawer otherwise. She absolutely loves it. The mattress is quite hard though so we got a thick topper and now it's perfect

Bought this a few weeks ago for my granddaughter, lovely bed but unfortunately there was a crack on the front of the drawer , just noticed it after getting the bed built as the drawer was last to do , phoned up and got a lovely man on phone , he is going to get me the drawer piece sent out , when I don’t know , other wise I’d give this bed a 5

I put this bed together for my grandaughter. It was easy enough to assemble if you have some DIY skills. There was a special screw missing in the pack that hold the wheel to its draw base which was annoying

Habitat Mia Single Bed
I purchased this bed and I can honestly say that it is made if very strong materials and excellent quality. It is quite heavy once made up and it has the special features of the underneath drawer and the lovely design of love hearts which would make any girls room look fabulous. I would highly recommend this bed.

Regarding the Habitat Mia Single Bed and Silentnight Mattress - White. Yes, the drawer can be removed, and a mattress could be put on the floor under the bed instead. The opening under the bed is. Length 190cm. Height 21,5cm.

The Habitat Mia Single Bed and Silentnight Mattress has been tested and complies to standard BS8509: 2008+A1:2011 for children over 4 years old. As this has not been tested for any children younger than 4 years old and children's safety is a high priority we do not recommend this bed for you nearly 3 year old.
