Great tv.
Picture quality is excellent once you’ve tweaked the settings and the sound quality is acceptable. Our aerial is now obsolete thanks to Freely, you can pause live tv, go back to a previous programme and use voice commands. All the popular apps are on screen and easy to navigate. The only negatives are that the panel itself seems very delicate and you must watch the tv face-on, if you watch even from a slight angle the picture quality deteriorates, hence four stars. Overall a great buy for the money, almost as good as our main tv which cost five times the price. Would recommend.

I bought my Hisense TV several months ago, and i'm still very happy with it. The picture quality is excellent, and the sound is surprisingly powerful and clear. It does offer great value for the price- definitely a product I'd recommend to anyone looking for a high quality TV.

Great value and good picture
Compared to high name tvs this is great value. The picture quality is good but a bit bright at first but is easy to adjust. It has all the major apps, primes, now, and freely. It can be used without a aerial making it ideal for the bedroom or living room.

However, some users may notice a warmer tone depending on the default picture mode.
If the colours appear too warm, we recommend switching the Picture Mode to something like Standard, Cinema, or Filmmaker, and adjusting the Colour Temperature to Normal or Cool in the settings.''

Yes, you could use an aerial for Freeview Play and Freely via the internet. Yes, Freeview Play gives access to catch-up content via the internet, but it still relies on an aerial to receive the broadcast TV channels.
This is not listed as having Freeview Play pre-installed but it is compatible and, if not pre-installed, it can be downloaded. The VIDAA smart platform on this TV features Freely.
