I really liked this bag, it seemed the ideal sized bag, not too big but big enough for a family of 4, useful side pocket, however I took it out for the day once and one of the small handles fell off, I was very disappointed and returned it.

After the second time using this for a picnic the strap metal hook attachment snapped off and one of the handles come off so took it back for a refund.

The over the shoulder strap broke after the first use sadly…. That strap isn’t strong enough, fitting attachment was cheap plastic. Main handles are probably ok though but I use the over should strap lots. Sent back and easy return process. Was a lovely bag though so sad it was durable enough

The supplier has advised the following for the Striped Cool bag With Compartments:
“ There are two straps on the inside of the lid. When the bag is folded down, the straps on the lid attach to the Velcro to hold it into the folded position. ”
