Our old tumble dryer stopped working. So it was better value to buy a new one. Already had an AEG washer. So this purchase made sense to get an AEG dryer. It works amazingly. It is in the utility room. No more steamed up windows with this product. Clothes are dried efficiently. Great purchase .

Well built, reliable, easy to use. The anti-crease function is a nice feature: we use it almost all the time. Seems to use very little power. The 'wardrobe' setting tends to leave clothes a little too damp for my liking.

The AEG TR718L4B tumble dryer comes with a power cord that is approximately 1.45 meters long. Unfortunately, AEG does not sell longer power cables for this model.
For safety reasons, it's not recommended to replace the power cord yourself. Instead, you might consider using a high-quality extension lead that is suitable for the power requirements of the dryer. Make sure the extension lead is rated for the same or higher current as the dryer to avoid any electrical issues.

For the AEG TR718L4B tumble dryer, you will need a Condenser Dryer Drain Kit. This kit includes a 2.5-meter semi-transparent hose, a nylon band, a 90° fitting for connecting the drain hose, a plastic curved part for discharging into a sink, and a plastic anchoring support for fastening the drain hose to the back of the appliance.
This kit allows you to drain the water directly into a sink, U-bend, or drain, eliminating the need to empty the water collection tank manually
The TR718L4B dryer does not come with a drain kit ncluded. The drain kit is available separately and can be purchased if you prefer to drain the water directly instead of using the water collection tank.
