Current regulations require that any socket to be used with a Mode 2 charging cable should be suitable tested and certified for this purpose and marked "Suitable for Electric Vehicle Charging" or with the standard BS 1363-2/EV (sometimes shortened to BS 1363/EV), which none of our extensions are including this garden spike (and we're not aware of any other manufacturers' being either).

That will depend on the combined power consumption, the spike is rated for 13A (3,120W / 3.12kW) of load.
The internet suggests the pizza oven uses 2,400W / 2.4kW (10A) and the grill the same, making for a massive overload if this is correct (20A or 4,800W / 4.8kW).

Lazy Spa themselves say you cannot use extension leads with their Spas, so we would not disagree with them as they are the Spa manufacturer.
From their Frequently Asked Questions:-
No, extension cables cannot be used with a Lay‑Z‑Spa.
The socket that the hot tub is being plugged in to should be grounded and at least 4 metres away, at a height of at least 1.2m from the ground.
The Lay‑Z‑Spa heater pumps come with a 7‑metre cable which is usually sufficient for users to reach their nearest grounded socket with RCD protection. If the cable is not long enough, we recommend getting a qualified electrician to install a grounded outdoor socket with RCD protection.
Please Note:You should not overload your plug socket. We recommend that you only run power to your Lay‑Z‑Spa from a plug socket and nothing else at the same time..
