ROLL ON RECOVERY!
I have a couple of issues with muscles/spine at present and use ordinary roller normally. I must say this is a revelation and the extra level of massage with this shaped roller is absolutely super.

Very effective
A bit more on the expensive side but really worth it. I get a tight knot on my upper back which is really difficult to get to so being able to roll over the ball really targeted the area. The powerful vibration got to the deeper muscle tissue, I felt great after one use!

A good tool for hard to reach areas!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this item. It's not as good as a Theragun, but helps in areas that I can't reach with the Theragun. On a low option, it's quite relaxing too. I'm very pleased with this purchase; it's really a 4 1\2 stars!

Theragun - Foam Roller, Solo and Duo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm currently undergoing a course in Foam Roller as part of my role as a PT and have been applying myself to a "normal" foam roller until I purchased the above mentioned trio. They've performed really well and take away some of the drudgery involved in finding and dealing with "trigger spots". They're a little more comfortable than normal rollers and I find it easier to apply the therapy to my clients. All in all a great purchase.

Brilliant little device

Both myself and my partner are using this on a regular basis now and couldn't be more happier. A short sess on a target area and we just feel a relief. It's not a permanent solution, but definitely aids a lot in downtime.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Therabody Wave Duo Vibrating Ball: No, I would not recommend using the WaveDuo under your back to aid in sleeping.
