I bought this booster seat a few months ago and we only use it for short drives, but the child has never mentioned being uncomfortable. It looks fine, too, in fact surprisingly good considering the price. Installation isn't obvious, but can be done.

Guide the strap up your child’s back and position the opening of the green clip facing forward just above the child’s shoulder. Slide your vehicle’s shoulder belt into the green clip of the Shoulder Belt Safety Guide ensuring it is flat. Position the belt safety guide just above the child’s shoulder and adjust the belt safety guide by lengthening or shortening strap for a proper fit. Please make sure that your vehicle’s shoulder belt is lying across the child’s shoulder. Please refer to your instruction manual for more information.
