Customers Say
Effective air conditioner that cools small to medium rooms well, but often noisy and heavy. Some issues with side airflow, short hose, and missing window seals. Mixed durability and customer service experiences.

Price to high
I purchased two of these air conditioner units unfortunately one leaked so had to return - returning was easy and quick refund The other one is still working fine but they are quite heavy and loud , they only come with the hose and plastic Garda not the whole window cover . This I feel should be included especially as it was one of the more expensive units . It does cool down the room lovely but again only one room so I feel I could of two smaller and cheaper units for each bedroom for the cost of this one

Not good enough
I work from home so wanted something to try and manage the heatwave... This was the ONLY option Argos had available to me so had to buy it if I was to try and combat the heat... If the heat is anything above 25 degrees, this is not good enough... The larger Chrome fans are better. However, if the heat is around 20-25... This isn't too bad Summay: I don't have large rooms and this unit Didn't do the job I needed it for but have no other options. I'll be looking to find a more powerful unit to compliment this one or just replace it with.

Must have during a heat wave
Brought during a heat wave. Was expensive but you can't put a price on a good night's sleep.it cooled the room down quickly.in terms of noise it's as loud as a pedestal fan I don't regret my purchase at all the only reason I give 4 stars as I had to buy a window seal separately.because the seal it comes with is only suitable for windows that open up or down.

Does the job!
It’s rather noisy if you’ve got it in your bedroom, and for some reason the air comes out at an angle rather than straight l. But it’s a worthy investment

Great AC unit
This has been a huge help for our house in this heatwave! Great cooling, efficiency is pretty good! Low noise for AC. Rather heavy, so if wanting in two places best to have some who can lift!

Great, nice and cool
Bought this recently as I’m pregnant and this heat is a lot when pregnant. Definitely recommend it. I am so glad o got it. It cools the room quickly. It is noisy so if that bothers you then you probably won’t be able to sleep. For me the noise doesn’t bother me and I can sleep with it on. It is heavy though so moving from room to room my husband does it.

Not cooling quickly
I bought this item over a month ago and I wasn't happy with it and I returned it. It wasn't cooling quickly and enough. It didn't have a warranty card in it which suggest that it may not be new. No instruction document about how to book for repair or who to call. The air from the product throws in a diagonal direction. So, you have to put the item in an awkward position to feel the air. My room is less than 26 sqm, still the air was not cooling

Collected this for our granddaughter.
My granddaughter unpacked it and the remote control was missing. Contacted the branch and was told they didn’t have any stock in the area. Contacted the manufacturer and had no success in getting a controller.

Hello sarah,
I can advise the following for the Princess 9K Air Conditioning Unit:
Apologies, this wouldn't work in this way. You are best getting an automatic IR blaster connected to the temperature controller so that a it can turn it on and off for you based on temperature.
Thanks for using Q & A.
Hello there
The Princess 9K Air Conditioning Unit has to have to be put the large tube out of the window in order to let the hot air go out. However, there is also a small tube on the backside of the airconditioner that you can use to let the condensed water out of the unit. It is collected in a container within the airconditioner and has to be drained regularly
