Nice looking machine and light to carry. Good selection of stitches and smooth sewing. Drop in spool for lower thread easy to use. Difficult to thread needle - my previous machine had easy threading mechanism.

Brother AE1700 Stitch Sewing Machine
Free motion embroidery is possible on this machine.
You will need the optional Free motion embroidery foot F005N (XC1948052) together with the darning plate included with the machine. After fitting both the foot and darning plate to the machine, select a straight stitch.
