Super innovative product!

Whoa! Are you kidding?
Brought two months ago. What a beast. We are a large family so the 12kg load was needed, granted it's a little (40mm) deeper than the kitchen side but that's a small price for the work this machine does. On average 6 loads a day, 376 loads since 6th April. It's quite, granted the last machine was a 1600 spin, and I kind of miss that, but the trade off is a no brainer. Auto dosing is perfect, no more teenagers thinking if they use double they won't have to clean their bedding for 6 months. Around a fantastic machine. Very happy with this purchase.

Funny how you are asked to review something when you have hardly had chance to take it out of the box 😳 Nonetheless after half a dozen washes so far so good. Everything working as it should, like the drum size and large door; not so keen on the colour of the front used for the various functions on a black background which is not easy to read as it does not illuminate when the machine is on. The additional sound deadening which is obviously a late fix due to complaints about noise is a bit Mickey Mouse and I would say unnecessary as it’s not particularly noisy.

Good features, I like the self dosing
Washing machine arrived Thursday, we have done 4 loads in it so far and all seems good. I did have to put it on for an extra spin after using the 49 minute wash though as it only spun at 800 and was still pretty wet. Might be user error though. I like the auto dosing function it’s very clever.

Yes, you can absolutely use the Hisense WF5S1245BW 12KG 1400 Spin Washing Machine - White, manually, just like a regular washing machine, without needing Wi-Fi or an app. The Wi-Fi connectivity is an optional feature for added convenience, but all the controls and programmes can be accessed directly on the machine using the LED display and touch controls.

This model doesn’t play a tune, but it does emit an acoustic signal when the program finishes, and 'END' will appear on the display. If no action is taken within 2 minutes, the appliance will automatically switch off.

Yes it does.
I queried 5 year warranty with Hisense and they said they know nothing about it,
I then went back to Argos and after being transferred all over the place I was promised a call from the supervisor within 48 hrs unfortunately Argos never got back to me.
I am still trying so sort it out. I am very unhappy with the service I have received from Argos, and will never buy anything like this from them again.

Having checked the instructions for the Hisense WF5S1245BW 12KG 1400 Spin Washing Machine: The machine is able to vary its temperature settings and is capable of doing a 30 degree wash.
