Auto Dosing - Take the stress out of doing the laundry with Hisense's auto dosing technology, which automatically dispenses the right amount of liquid detergent for your washing load. The detergent box can store liquid detergent and softener that is enough to use up to 14 times, so no need to add detergent to every wash.

Looks great, but!!
Only had this washer 5 months and have had the motor replaced already. It claims to be a 10.5 kg machine but the motor learly isn't big enough to take that sort of load. There's only 2 of us in the house so it's not getting overused. Be aware when purchasing this machine.

Love the auto dispenser !
Still early days as only used it a few times but so far so good!, love the app that conrols the additional programmes like bedding, jeans and delicates. If you dont know which programme to select then there is an auto cycle that weighs your washing and decides for you. The auto dispenser is a real plus as the opening for the liquid takes up to a litre and the conditioner half a litre and the machine decides the amount to use and tells you when the dispenser is running low. All in all a winner !

Yes it does.
I queried 5 year warranty with Hisense and they said they know nothing about it,
I then went back to Argos and after being transferred all over the place I was promised a call from the supervisor within 48 hrs unfortunately Argos never got back to me.
I am still trying so sort it out. I am very unhappy with the service I have received from Argos, and will never buy anything like this from them again.
