About this product
Finished in black with white opaque glass shades, this simple floor lamp features both an uplighter for warm ambient light, and an adjustable reading light for bright directional lighting. Ideal beside a sofa or armchair, or to brighten any corner. Bulbs are not included with this lamp so you will also need to buy an E27 bulb (maximum 60W) and an E14 bulb (maximum 40W) to go with it.

Help with lighting up close work
I needed a lamp to light the room and also provide another light to help with close work where I can put a white LED lamp on (this was the smaller lamp) very pleasing.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Argos Home Father and Child Floor Lamp - Silver: I can confirm 60W and 40W means the traditional lamps. It is equivalent to LED 10W and 6W.
