Language setting:

After connecting the machine to the network and turning it on, press the "TEMPERATURE SELECTION" or "SPIN SPEED" button to display the available languages.

Select the desired language pressing the
PLAY/PAUSE button.

Change the language:

If you want to change the setting language,
you will have to press simultaneously "TEMPERATURE SELECTION" and "DELAY START" buttons for about 5 seconds. ENGLISH will appear on the display, and you will be able to choose a new language (by pressing "TEMPERATURE SELECTION" or "SPIN SPEED" button).

Press PLAY/PAUSE button to confirm your choice.

Different stain removers require different methods of usage ie temperature, amount.
I can advise that there may be a number of reasons for this:
- Too much washing powder in the drawer
- Temperature ( could try changing the temperature) due to cold weather at the moment if doing it on a cold/cool wash the water coming through the pipes may be colder than usual due to washing machines using cold fill.
- There may be a slight blockage between your drawer and drum- using white vinegar once a month or some other detergent/agent helps with this issue.
- You can try putting the washing machine run through a cycle on a hot wash to clear any build ups.
- Storage of the detergent/satin remover
- Load amount in the drum
