Not suitable for me
I bought just before Christmas I thought at first was excellent but within 15 minutes the curls had dropped, tried constantly To get the curls to stay in, but they just wouldn’t unfortunately have to send back

Disappointed
Bought for my daughter who has long fine hair. It was easy for me to use and curled her hair nicely for about 20mins then curls dropped out. Tried it from wet and dry same result both times. Curl just won't hold. Will be returning ID airwrap as it just doesn't suit her hair type.

Hair Wrap ?
Bought this a month ago and I’m still getting used to the attachments. Haven’t been able to master the curl attachment yet as my hair just doesn’t seem to want to wrap around the wand. Don’t think I’ll ever use it on full heat as it’s far too hot. Quite heavy to use with small hands and the cord in my opinion could do with being longer.

Returning to QVC. Didn’t curl or hold any shape after numerous attempts. Very heavy to use and attachments not easy to use, either

Not good!
I bought the airwrap a month ago and i am not happy with the quality of it. Doesn’t style my hair well and never holds my hair. Tried every technique out there but still no improvement.

I was excited to receive my Dyson Airwrap thinking I wouldn’t need to run to the hairdresser 💇 to get my curls done. It was a great disappointment for me as the curls don’t last 5 minutes. I’ve used the John Freda mouse and I tried it with all the different attachment with drying my hair first then using the round brush to create body then the smaller barrel. I like the way it gives a shine to hair. I am not sure if I’ll be returning it and I will try it a few more time and decide. It’s not what I expected.

Good but not long lasting styles
The product is good but the styles created don’t last for long especially the curls. The videos on the Dyson app need to be better as it’s not very friendly for first time users
