Good value
I have just bought this 2 weeks ago having had a Vax before. It is a good product for the money, does what it says on the tin! My only issue would be that while I like that the hand held is all part of the one piece and easily removed, the downfall is that it is very heavy to use and your arm does get quite sore with the weight of it.Like my old Vax several years ago, it also spits back all debris when it is straightened out, not great because then you have to go back and hoover what you’ve just hoovered!!!

I am really disappointed with this vacuum - it’s heavy, noisy and it doesn’t pick up along the edges. I have the carpet cleaner which is excellent so I thought this’s would be good too. I had another handheld previous to this that was much better but more expensive- so I would say you pay for what you get.

I purchased this vax over a month ago it easy to use light weight for an elder person to use i find the button to empty the rubbish a little hard as I have trouble with my hand apart from that it's easy to use hoping the empty button will get easier to use with more use

Poor hoover for Vax
Had this hoover about 2 months. Battery life last about 15 minutes. I have a 3 bed bungalow, 6 rooms in total and Battery runs out half way through last room. Emptying is not easy. Wouldn't recommend for someone with reduced movement in hands. On good side no more hair to untangle off roller.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Vax HomePro Plus Cordless Vacuum Cleaner: The vacuum can free stand. However, it also does come with a wall mount, and we would advise the machine is stored with connected to the wall mount.
There is one brush bar with this product, and these are available to replace.
