Bought this few months ago and I really like the versatility, how it suction, including long hair and the fact that I can fold it nicely for storage. I gave it a 4 because the handle sometimes hurt in-between fingers

I happy very happy with my new vax. There wasn't a tool attachment piece. I have bought only vax since the 1990's when I had the round orange vacuum and washer. Never bought anything else. Aftercare and guarantee can't be beaten

I always buy vax fir over 40 years and We have had our vax cable free home pet cordless for over a year and it does its job, except for the tube gets clogged up before it gets to the cylinder cavity very strange, I did not realise this till it was not picking anything up and the cylinder was nearly empty!!! I tried phoning but did not get through . So I have just tolerated and when it stops picking up I take it all apart and empty the tube and brush bar and start again. Unsure if this is happening to others?

Vax home pro pet
We have had this Vax for some weeks now and really like it. We had the earlier model previously but this model is a much improved version. Good handling, easier to empty, longer battery life as examples.

I rarely write reviews but want to highlight the problems we have had, and are still experiencing the above. The light bar at the front prevents the hoover from getting right up to the skirting boards. The edge to edge pick up is poor. Be prepared to get a brush because the spring on the bristle part on the crevice tool attachment keeps breaking. We bought on 22nd January 2026. The initial crevice tool brush spring broke within 4 days so we contacted Vax and a replacement was sent out. We have done out best with it since then, and keep putting the spring back in. It happens every time pressure is put on the brush. The head is noisy. It is top heavy weightwise. We found the Vax BLADE4 was a better machine I would not recommend buying this product.

Good overall
While overall it works fine and having the hair wrap resist is good it does not pick up as well as the Blade 4. It is also heavier than the Blade 4. This makes the Blade 4 a very good value product.

I bought this item, but when I used first time I put second speed the charge was finished with in 10 minutes. The suction is still not enough power. I am still recommended wired hoover.

Too heavy for frequent use
Sadly Dissatisfied. The vacuum cleaner is too heavy and has a gadget to power it up which is a nuisance every time I want to use the vacuum cleaner.

Disappointed
Wish I had never bought this hover. The button to release the dirt is very stiff very hard to empty. It keeps getting blocked in the top of the dirt tank then you have to slide the silver bar to release the dirt tank and this is almost impossible to slide. Would not recommend this hover

Yes, it is stable enough to self‑stand for short periods. It is not engineered to stay like that indefinitely or survive a knock, like a child bumping it or a pet brushing against it.
