Excellent little mower
Pleasantly surprised. Small , as expected, but quite robust. So easy to charge and very lightweight in use. I now only have a small lawn, so this is excellent.

This is very handy to keep on top of a small area of grass. Will still need going over with a big mower every now and then. It’s nice and light and easy to use.

I have a postage stamp
I have a postage stamp of a lawn in London, so thought this mower would be ideal. But it's barely adequate. It doesn't cut very well, it doesn't go low enough, it doesn't mow close enough to raised edges and it cuts out each time you make a turn.

Compact lightweight lawnmower
i wanted to replace my electric lawnmower with a smaller lighter option. This SLM50 fit the bill. it's lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. Its compact size makes it easy to store. In addition its size is ideal for my tiny lawn; the battery operated factor makes it feel less risky than an electric mains model with a cable. The only disadvantage is a lack of grass box but that's a minor quibble.

I was very pleased to receive my new Mower. At 90 years of age it was the ideal piece of equipment I could ever have imagined. As the weather was rather damp I was reluctant to venture onto wet grass until all was dry. However I have now used it and what a success it has been. My area of grass is not that large and I completed my task within 30 minutes, I strongly recommend this tool.

Our supplier has advised that the Gtech 25cm SLM50 Cordless Electric Rotary Lawnmover - 18V does not has a grass box to collect any cuttings, the grass will be left upon the lawn, if the machine cuts weeds this will also be left on the lawn, as these will not be collected via a grass box, the probability of weeds spreading will be high.
