The instructions are very explicit and easy to follow. All together this set is amazing, very good quality, really entertaining to put together and definitely very safe for kids 6+ years old.

Me and my husband really enjoyed it. Decent quality that you would expect from lego being the well known brand. Does have small pieces so like we found, I wouldn't recommend giving to any child younger than 7 or 8

It's got a lot of cool features like the working crane and the crusher, which my kids are going to love. The detailed description about salvaging parts and the '80s cars is really appealing, and it seems like there's a lot to do with the set. I appreciate that it comes with printed and 3D instructions, which should make building easier. Definitely looking forward to seeing my kids' creativity spark with this one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lego set 60472 scrapyard. Another great lego play set, that any fan will love. The set comes in a massive colourful box, showing you a picture of the completed models on the front and back. You get to make a scrapyard with claw crane, crusher,office building and 2 cars. It even includes 4 mini figures. Great attention to detail with loads of little accessory pieces to bring it all to life including computer, tools, drill, wrenches and hammer. Inside everything is contained in bags, you can locate each piece easily and follow each part in the correct order. The instruction manual is well illustrated, with clear images that are easy to understand and follow, with each piece being recognisable. The set contains 871 pieces. So not just a quick make and then hours of play after. A fun set to play, lifting and fixing the cars, taking them apart to go into the crusher. Theres nothing to dislike about the set. Perfect addition for the lego fan. Brilliant quality as expected.

Amazing lego
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted the lego city scrapyard from influenster for free in exchange for my honest review. My 9 year old granddaughter loves building lego with her grandad so they have absolutely loved working on this project together ( age wise she could have built it on her own). The lego set comes in numbered bags for easy assembling and following the easy to read instructions in the numbered books. Each aspect of the build has its own instruction booklet meaning you can build a part each. The materials are great and durable can be rebuilt again and again. The cars are customisable and the claw crane is multi directional for lifting and loading you can hoist the car toys into the crusher and press a lever to transform them into scrap cubes. It also comes with an office building and 4 scrapyard crew minifigures along with tools for role play. Hours of fun not only building but playing with this lego set. AD/GIFTED.

Great kit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this in to my class and used it with my lego therapy, the kids have said how much they have enjoyed all the different parts to put together and how it's a good quality material that it doesn't fall apart easily like other lego imitations have done in the past. They said it comes with good instructions and is easy to follow and assemble.
