Makes a great soup
Love this soup maker. So easy to use and makes a great soup whether smooth or chunky. Switches off when ready. Easy to clean. The Morphy Richard’s Soup maker does all the hard work.

Great buy
Bought as the colder months kick in and it's been a godsend for making soup in super quick time. I suffer with hand arthritis so no need to chop/slice vegetables finely as the equipment does it all. Bonus: no washing up apart from rinsing out the soup jug and wiping the machine part with a damp cloth.

Wouldn't be without it!
This is my second purchase of this item as my first one was worn out! It's a great product and the saute function means I don't have to use any other saucepans for soup making.

I bought this soup maker a few weeks ago following reviews of similar products. I am very pleased with it and it is giving me the opportunity to eat more healthily and economically over the winter months. I am not a cook but this is very easy to use.

Excellent soup maker
Very good Makes 2 large bowls or 3 mugs Chuck every thing in, sauté, then add liquid, herbs and set on smooth or chunky and leave it. You can set to chunky then take the lid off hook anything out like a bouquet garni or add cream and then set it to blend only Blender copes well Easy to clean although it has caught on the bottom

Best kitchen gadget I own.
I bought this soup maker a year ago and it is the best piece of kitchen ware I have ever bought. I’m not normally one who likes soup, but I love soup made from this. I’ve made chicken soup, vegetable soup and potato and leek soup. It is such an amazing machine. I make enough to last me two days. The second day I heat the soup up in a saucepan. It is a doddle to wash, a quick wash with a soapy sponge and dry it and it’s ready for the next batch of soup. I would most definitely recommend it. Use fresh or frozen vegetables. Chicken has to be precooked, or just use a chicken stock cube, it still tastes amazing. I love the chunky or smooth feature and I can make smoothies in it too. They taste ace!

Hi Marymo,
Yes, you can make stew in the Morphy Richards Sauté and Soup Maker.
Thank you for using Q&A
If theyre saying you get a 2 year warranty that should stick otherwise you should be told you have the option to take a extra 12 months at an extra cost which basically its only one anyway and should state this on their adverts and not tell the customer they have it otherwise in my eyes they should pay for the extra 12 months typical insurance scam and bad publicity for Argos
Please dont accept this. Your statutory rights protect you, the length of warranty is meaningless, the product should be of merchantable quality - breaking down after a year is not good enough. I would pursue a refund or replacement or proceed to small claims court. The process is much easier than you would think.
Your appliance comes with a standard one-year warranty, which is covered by the retailer from the date of purchase for the first year. Additionally, we offer an extended warranty option, which is subject to registration. It's important to note that if the product is not registered within 28 days of purchase, in accordance with the terms and conditions, it is not covered.
The full terms of the warranty can be found on the information booklet provided with your Soup Maker at the time of your purchase.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Hi there
Hi there, the soup should be hot when it has finished the cycle, if this is not the case then you would need to check your settings are correct.
