Great Features, well worth the money

I bought this in the last month - it was easy to assemble but also easy to incorrectly assemble the push handle, due to me being a typical know it all man not reading the instructions fully first. The push handle only fits in three positions which is fine but the motor won't run if in any other position. I think there could be a design improvement there. The only other downside is that when you tilt the mower for going forwards over, say, kerbs, the tilt angle available is very small, so use the front wheels to negotiate kerbs backwards (if that makes sense). Other than that I think it's a really good purchase. I like the mulching adapter, which is very tight to remove, because I don't have to empty grass cuttings into the recycling bin. I'm sure the clippings will aid the lawn. After mowing the lawn the batteries showed 60% full and a second mowing left 30% but then my lawns, front and back, are not big (maybe 200sqm). This is just fine for me. It's a lightweight machine which means I can use it early on in the year and got rid of my heavy petrol mower - which was always difficult to start after winter (fuel evaporated?) and dug into the soft ground. In all though, well worth the money and delivery by Argos was within a couple of days.

Lightweight but does not collect grass well

I needed a mower that was easy to get up and down steps onto my small lawn. This is fine and easy to manoeuvre. However it really does not collect the grass well. The grass cuttings are not being sent backwards into the bag and when the bag is only half full, the cuttings clog up at the back of the blade. It feels underpowered and I may have to resort to another corded machine every disappointed.
