About this product
The Decathlon 100 folding workout weight bench adds flexible strength training to home spaces. It's designed for barbell exercises with adjustable support pegs. The bench folds vertically when you're finished. That saves floor space in spare rooms or garages. The backrest tilts to two positions for varied chest workouts. Height-adjustable pegs accommodate different exercise setups safely. It suits a range of weight training routines without taking over your room. The folding design means you can store it between sessions easily.
The backrest adjusts to flat or angled positions. That lets you target muscles from different angles during presses. Adjustable feet keep the bench stable on uneven floors. The pegs hold barbells securely at the height you need. Fold the backrest and seat upwards for compact storage against walls. It's built for home gym use where space matters. The adjustable features adapt to your training needs. Designed for regular strength workouts in British homes.

Work out Bench
Excellent, the bench is compact and easily folded up and down. Not quite as solid as an static bench but does what I require it to do.

Great value and perfect for small spaces Review:
It offers fantastic quality for the price and feels very sturdy during my exercises. The highlight for me is how compact it is when folded away—it’s perfect for home workouts where space is limited. Highly recommended if you are looking for a reliable, budget-friendly bench.

Hello Bradley,
Thanks for flagging this. That should not be happening, and it’s important to address for safety.
Could you please check:

If It's still not fixed, please contact our customer service support. Thank you for using Q&A!
Hello Johno,
The pulley and disc holder can safely handle up to 100 kg of weight. That is the maximum load for the weight plates or discs you attach to it when performing exercises. Thank you for using Q&A!
Hello Jen,
Yes, the bench will be suitable for someone who's 6ft 1. Thank you for using Q&A!
Hello Binks,
Standard 7ft Olympic barbells typically have a shaft length of approximately 131 cm between the inner collars, designed to fit racks with wider peg spacing. Given the 44 cm spacing on this bench, a 7ft Olympic barbell would not be compatible, as the bar's shaft would not fit between the pegs.
This bench is more suitable for shorter barbells, such as standard 5ft bars, which have a shaft length closer to 92 cm.
Thank you for using Q&A!
Hello bin,
The Decathlon 100 Folding Workout Weight Bench doesn't include dumbbells, weights or a weight bar.
Thank you for using Q&A
Hello Flemo,
This bench does not facilitate squats with a barbell. There is no room to work and the bench would be in the way. We can recommend Decathlon 100 Rack for squat stands and separate bench, Decathlon 500 Folding Bench.
Thank you for using the Q&A
Hello Adam,
The weights and push up bar are not part of the Decathlon Folding Press Bench. They are in the pictures of the product as a visualization.
Thank you for using the Q&A
Hello Willow,
Maximum loads for the weights bench with built-in pegs is as below:
Maximum user weight: - 100kg
Max load for bar rest:
- 100kg on the bar rest
For your safety, never exceed the maximum weight tolerated by the bar rest.
The bench can support 200kg max, distributed across a 100kg user with a 100kg load.
Always check that you've placed the metal pins before your workout, and if there's any play, tighten the bolts.
The pegs are not detachable, so this bench is not made for squats or abs.
Thank you for using the Q&A
