Looks nice, but portrait photos aren’t as good
This is pretty good. I bought as a gift for Grandma. She wasn’t able to navigate it herself but we were able to set it up for her beforehand. We liked how multiple family members can all send photos from their phones to her frame. Our only critism is that it doesn’t deal well with portrait photos- but perhaps we didn’t play around with the settings long enough! Overall the frame looks nice and the photos are nice and sharp. Would recommend if bought on sale

Purchased for our Mum who is in a dementia care home and the family thought this would be a great present for her 80th. The family have collectively uploaded new and old photos, which we hope will help bring up memories from her past and also keep her up to date with what the family are up to. Easy to set up, upload photos and customise settings. We liked the feature where you can set up the times of operation, so it is inactive during the night time while she sleeps in her room. We all liked it so much, we're all thinking of getting one, as too many photos look cluttered in homes and this is ideal for uploading 1000's of photos that you wouldn't normally look at. It's quite addictive, seeing what photo comes up next, we love it!

Just bought this for my Dad’s birthday, and loaded up some family pictures from an SD card before giving it to him. It looks great, nice clean lines, and is very straightforward to use. Sending in pictures from the app is also easy. He was delighted. All very happy!

Stopped working after 1 month
Was truly disappointed with my product. It completely stopped working after 1 month. Wouldn't turn back on. I spent hours using Bluetooth to transfer all my pictures of my phone, for it to then stop working. Had to go back and ask for new one as it was a birthday gift. Now trying to find all my lost pictures to upload again.

You will need to be within the same network when on the app, you can upload remotely but not edit and delete remotely.

Having looked into this, the frame would only need access to WiFi, if you are transferring pictures digitally. It does also accept SD,SDHC, Compact Flash, XD picture card, MMC, Memory Stick memory card formats.
