The controls are straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through the settings. It also cleans the laundry thoroughly, leaving clothes fresh and well cared for. The GentlePower technology is fantastic, ensuring my clothes are cleaned thoroughly while still being gentle on the fabric. It uses less water and energy, making it efficient without compromising on performance. One of my favorite features is the steam options. The Steam Hygiene function helps reduce bacteria, while the Steam Refresh cycle is perfect for freshening up clothes without a full wash. It's ultra quiet when working, so it can be easily installed even in the kitchen, as it will not disturb anyone. It has a good capacity of 9 kg making it perfect for a family of 4/5. The gentle power feature is supposedly better for your clothes so they can last longer. It also uses less energy and water making it very cost effective which is a huge advantage for us. Another great feature is the steam hygiene cycle which removes 99% of bacteria without using as many chemicals as usual. This is something totally new to me and I am surely going to be using it, especially when washing kids' clothes. This washing machine is also equipped with a large, functional screen and elegant knob. There are 24 washing cycles so anyone can find what suits them best. Highly recommended washer.!

Saves energy and time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is so efficient and saves me a fortune on energy. Plus it’s very quiet and I don’t even know when it spins. It has a large 9kg capacity that’s a big bonus for large family to do less loads of laundry. Laundry comes out looking and feeling clean and soft. I really liked the screen panel that shows programs and gives a nice touch to machine display. Quality is amazing and I can tell it will go far better than my previous one. Installation was pretty easy and quick too.

Great Machine!

Seems to do the job very well. The lower energy consumption makes it a massive win! My husband installed this machine in our utility room, was very straight forward.

Really impressed with this washer

It steams items for fewer creases and refreshes your washing if you leave it in too long after a cycle. It's an A rated, so it uses less electricity and water, so it's more economical in the long run. It's a great size for medium to large households at 9kg. Plus, it has a large door, and it has a quick wash cycle if you're in a hurry. This is an expensive looking washer and it looks good as well. All the options will take me a while to get used to, but so far, I love it.

Quiet, modern washing machine

It has so many different features and programs which make it fit for any size household. It has a big 9kg capacity. This is also the quietest washing machine I have ever seen without even been on the quiet setting. It is quite wide compared to other models so make sure you have space to account for this. I love the gentle feature which fills the drum with water via the top rather than the bottom to protect your clothing. I also find the steam function amazing especially on sports clothing that holds more bacteria. The men who installed the machine from hotpoint were amazing. They were very helpful and took no time at all. I love the visuals of the machine with the chrome and glass door with geometric patterns. The door does come out from the machine and isn’t flush so be aware of this when fitting it. I would recommend this machine to any size family and household as the features make it fit for all.
