Bought this for my elderly mother. Its really easy to link to the tv, took a minute. She can see the buttons easily and it works perfectly. Her old remote was faulty, I thought she'd need a new tv, so lots of money saved 👍

Excellent TV remote
Excellent remote that connected with new Samsung TV instantly. The remote supplied by Samsung was useless, with far too many and tiny buttons. Good price reduction by Argos as well.

Larger but not big buttons?
Easier to set up this universal remote control with our TV than I expected and does what a remote is meant to do. The size on the control and its buttons are larger than the remote with our TCL TV, and the layout with different colours for some buttons is also helpful. However their size is not really what I think of as "big buttons" on say a telephone, so it is an improvement for my wife who has macular denegation but not perfect. One helpful feature is that the white TV button on the remote flashes to confirm that a signal such as a change in channel has been sent form the remote when you press a button.

Awesome I love writing comedy films, it is THE greatest form of stress relief, so much better than going to the gym, I have a brain after all. I had an old TV and decided to link this to the laptop to make reading my current script My Fare Lady a bit easier, sadly the universal remote i had hadn't been used for 2 years and had "given up the ghost". I spent my money. Took my chance and it worked. Love this remote control and because I'm writing again the world is definitely a safer place to live.
