Great little tool. As an elderly woman living alone, I often had to call on my neighbour to help me with little jobs. Now with this little drill, I can do these jobs myself. It's small, but mighty. I brought this item 2 weeks ago, it is a very handy little tool and serves the purpose of its manufacture. It comes with numerous attachments for multiple jobs and offers rotation so it can be used as a straight driver. It also features a light under the stem and also at the bottom which you press to activate. It is a powerful tool for the size of it, the only negative is that the carry case it a cheap plastic but doesn’t affect the use of the product. Overall I recommend this product for the price.

The supplier has advised the following for the Guild Fast Charge Screwdriver & 45 Piece Accessories - 3.6V:
"It is not a drill.
It can screw wood screws into tree logs up to a required torque of 4Nm.
The torque required depends entirely on the length and thickness of screw and the density of the wood log.
It would help to drill pilot holes for the screws."

On checking the manual I can see to turn on the light simply press the on/off switch. When you release the on/off switch, the light will be off.
