Easy to use and set up
My new shark arrived a day earlier than expected. Was easy to assemble. Used it straightaway and it picked it dirt that i didnt know was in the carpet. Easy to use and light weight. All the accessories are great.

Hoover itself is very good but disappointed with battery life, but it does make cleaner a lot quicker and easier without having to plug in, also nice and light

Disappointed in quality
Although I love the weight and concept of this hoover at only 11 months old the section of the wands that folds has broken. The battery life also leaves a lot to be desired as your lucky if I get 20 minutes run time from it. Really disappointed in the quality and wear of this product as it isn't used daily and it's not very often the the folding part of the wand has been required so for it to be broken and unable to fold/bend anymore isn't acceptable for such a high priced hoover.

Not worth the money
Battery wont charge passed 80% and charge falls quickly even on intelligent mode. The motor sounds god awful and the wheels squeak and squeal when moving! Having owned previous Shark products this feels and sounds cheap! Not worth the money - will be returning

Bit of a let down
I have taken 2 stars off, one for the poor battery life, roughly 15 minutes and one for the odour things that don't work, when I couldn't smell the anti odour smell I thought it was because it was empty as it came with hoover but, I bought 2 new ones aswell and I have smelled them about 4 times, now just doesn't work.

Great cordless Light and easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this cordless for 1 year and i love it. It is super easy to use. My favourite is the attachments to be able to access stairs, bends, the car etc. Very powerful good battery life

Poor battery
Not as good as my first one. Battery life is extremely poor. Straight after a full charge,it only displays 90%. Lucky to get 20 mins run time. Think its deliberate, so you buy a second Battery.

Mostly happy
Lovely hoover, but it has a little shriek noise when I pull the hoover back towards me, I first thought I had picked up something but no it’s nothing I have done, my neighbours makes exactly the same noise
