Great vacuum for dog hair!
Overall I love it. Only downsides are it is quite heavy and the auto adjust on the dirt and floor types is a bit slow. But it would not put me off getting another later. It is great with dog hair and smells lovely

Probably one of the best cordless hoover I've ever bought! I love that it has 2 batteries as well, so charging is never an issue. The suction is absolutely fantastic and the device is very easy to clean due to the different ways in which you can take it apart! I love it!

This is a fantastic vaccuum. Not too heavy, picks up great. The light on the front means i dont miss anything. The variable speed is such a bonus. I have used a dyson cordless for years and this is far better, it picks up better, is quieter and i would highly recommend this to anyone wanting thisbtype of vac.

not great
We've had our Stratos for 6 months now and have to say that we don't love it. It's our first time with a cordless some weren't sure what to expect but battery time is disappointing even in Eco mode and - worse - it has recently started spitting out all the debris it's just picked up when we lift it. we've checked for a blockage in the hose and there isn't one. doesn't get into edges of flooring. will persevere but wish it was better and didn't challenge us as much as it does.

Great, only let down by the accessories
It feels like a quality vacuum. Great suction, easy set up. Only let down by faulty accessories. We had trouble with the antinwrap pet vaccum accessory when the foam came unstuck from the main runner after less than 2 weeks. Contacted Shark on 27th May to raise the concern. Its now 2nd June and still waiting on a conclusion.

Excellent cleaner
Only used this shark a few times but the difference I noticed is phenomenal. We have a dog who sheds so there was always hair somewhere, the new Shark gets rid of so much more hair and dust than my old one. Would most certainly recommend the New Shark worth ever penny spent OST cert

Good vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good vacuum with good suction for the carpet. Better than my previous vacuum which wasn’t as good as this one. Main reason was I wanted it to pick up hair, not pet hair. I haven’t had the chance to see if it works yet without it being wrapped around the rollers. I’m sure it will be fine regarding that. I like how it folds up for storage.

To charge your Shark Stratos, simply plug the charger into the handheld unit, and the battery can be charged on or off the vacuum, taking up to 3.5 hours for a full charge. It’s best to fully charge before first use, and once charged, you can enjoy up to 60 minutes of run time in ECO mode with non motorised tools.

We can confirm that this charger is manufactured for a standard 3-pin UK outlet and extension leads.
The roller bar cannot be completely turned off on this model. We do not offer any model with a brush roll that can stop spinning entirely while it is in use. However, we do have vacuums with hard-floor settings that slow the brush roll to prevent damage to delicate carpet fabrics.

Why would a Shark expert say theres no difference between the two models, other than colour? Why would they be selling two models in that case, at different price points? That answer is incorrect!
I believe the main difference is that the T model has a motorised pet tool included, hence the higher price point.
Yes, the floorhead has LED headlights to illuminate dust as you clean.
There are three methods available for charging the battery of this unit. To charge the battery within the handheld vacuum, connect the charger to a wall outlet and then plug it into the port located under the handle. You may also activate storage mode by pressing the Flexology Wand Unlock Latch and folding the vacuum forward until the wand clicks into a locked position. Afterward, connect the charger to the charging port on the handheld vacuum. Another method involves pressing and holding the Battery Release Button to remove the battery. Once the battery is out, plug the charger into its charging port. To reinstall the battery, slide it back into the slot at the rear of the handheld vacuum until it clicks securely.
