a classic RPG
I generally only play RPGs, including DA. This is a classic of the genre. Is it perfect? No, but then no game is. Yes, companion stories are a bit linear, but they're still charming and heartwarming. Combat has enough variety across classes to be enjoyable for most and the story as a whole is compelling. I've played this twice through and really enjoyed it both times.

I am a bit fan and really loved this game, but I know a lot of fans found it a little TOO different to previous games in the franchise. Nonetheless it is really beautiful, gameplay is interesting and I loved the characters. And the character creator alone should give you a few hours of fun! š

Dragon age
I enjoyed the game and the combat changes are fun. It is more action rather than RPG, and is quiet different to other Dragon age games (as choices have less major impact) but overall a good game.
