High fantasy at its best.
I could not wait to play tjis game after the juge cliffhanger from DA Inquisitions’s DLC The Trespasser. It certainly does not dissapoint.

Brought this a few weeks ago. Recently starting playing the game. Quick installation, graphics are next level. Well written. Only played it 4 hours.

a classic RPG
I generally only play RPGs, including DA. This is a classic of the genre. Is it perfect? No, but then no game is. Yes, companion stories are a bit linear, but they're still charming and heartwarming. Combat has enough variety across classes to be enjoyable for most and the story as a whole is compelling. I've played this twice through and really enjoyed it both times.
