Light weight vacuum
Not too happy with performance I have the larger Vax hoover which I loved but new home required smaller, easier to use hoover. This one is heavier to use than I expected - definitely not lightweight. And I don't think it's got great suction. Disappointed.

Superb quality! Built to last!
Super impressed! Wish I’d bought one ages ago! It’s amazing (shocking) to see what it picks up each day when I hoover! I have a dog and it picks up all his hair I didn’t even know he shed. The battery lasts a long time and has levels for indication. Just normal power is great but the extra power button when needed is superb! I am really happy I made this purchase. I have a Vax carpet cleaner which is also superb so I’m glad I’ve added to the Vax family in my household. You can rely on them. This is powerful, nifty to get in small spaces, and light enough to use daily. Some people say it’s heavy but having tried others it’s standard, if not lighter. I’d definitely recommend this hoover! I’m chuffed to bits. Never thought I’d be a person to hoover daily but now I am and no problem or a sweat. Terrific!

Sorry but not impressed the suction is no good unless using small tube which defeats the purpose of buying still having to bend over … good for stairs but definitely no good for general cleaning with long pipe as it picks up nothing! I just think no good for money

Handy and lightweight. Basic vacuum to keep upstairs. Slim and so takes up little room. Has the usual Vax power. Given four stars only because there is no light.

Excellent value
I am very happy with this VAX vacuum cleaner but the handle is not well designed. It does not fit the hand with comfort. Easy to maintain and I really like that the battery is removed for recharging (unlike my Dyson)

I only reasantly bought my vax cleaner but it's the best one I've ever had it's lightweight it's suction power is tremendous i love it

Disappointing.
Very heavy to handle which makes it awkward to manoeuvre. I find, compared with my previous cordless vacuums, it difficult to empty and it does not empty cleanly. As long as the boost is used it picks up well, otherwise not good at all on self-coloured carpets.

Hi. It does NOT have an anti hair brush roll. It mentions that it is good for pets because it does a great job at picking up dust and pet hair contaminants. However longer human hair, strings etc will get tied up around the brush roll and you need to pull them out yourself routinely.
