Having brought this item I had to send back as the shelves didn’t line up and was sloped so gave them the benefit of the doubt and they sent a replacement out to which I’ve had the same problem. Awful product.

Sadly this BBQ turned up damage with pieces bent or crushed. It wasn't easy to put together and nor were the instructions that easy to understand too.

Got this bbq as it looked nice and it was on offer. When it arrived it didn’t disappoint. Looks beautiful in our outdoor kitchen. Also it’s easy to clean and don’t let reviews put you off as we didn’t had any missing pieces luckily.

Serious issues with this product
Bought as a gift for my son and helped him to try put it together but found it impossible as non of the holes aligned (is this a one off or a manufacturer fault) and was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem

I bought this a week ago. I’ve used it once. So it’s far too early to say whether it’s any good only time will tell! I don’t know why you insist on asking for a review a week after the purchase!

Good value.
I bought this in the sale and it is really good value for money. It does get a bit tricky to put together as some of the holes don't line up but this is only a small issue. Overall happy with the product and price....delivery was also as promised. As a side note. It could do with an extra front panel or somewhere to put the gas bottle. Would give 5 stars if assembly was a little easier.

From the pictures given on the webpage (9/15 and 15/15), the hotplate on the Home Deluxe 3 Burner with Side Burner Gas BBQ can be positioned either way up. It all depends on the cooked finish you prefer on the food.

It has a grease "cup" that you fix underneath. So, though it's not a hanging bowl, it's closer in design to that perhaps than it is to a slide out grease tray.

It connects to a 27mm regulator. The maximum diameter of the gas bottle is 31.5cms and height 58cms. The consumer may refer to page 2 on the instruction manual regarding Safety and Care Advice in more detail
