Amazing Mop+Hoover in one!
Brilliant mop and hoover! Honestly, it picks up the smallest of crumbs. Has a hands little tray which collects all the debris. You don't need to pre-hoover before using this! Best mop I have ever bought!

My previous floor steamer died after 8 odd years. Being a Smart vac owner I tried this Shark sweeper/steam mop From the box, the quality is there. The plastic feels quality, simple to use and importantly...it does what you want it to do. With so many shoddy products about, it was nice to see something quality made. The LED lights are a great feature as is the floor stand so the wet roller doesn't mark the floor. My ONLY reservation is how long the roller lasts and cost of replacement. Other than than, I'm genuinely pleased.

Great on hard floors. What about carpets??
I was given this steam pickup cleaner as a birthday gift, and am delighted with its performance on hard floors. It is easy to dismantle and clean. I am just a little disappointed that I cannot use it on my carpets. Here's a challenge, Shark: create a replacement roller that can be used on carpets. I a sure this is not beyond your capabilities.

Our SteamPickUp Hard Floor Cleaner is designed to pick up debris, gently scrub, and sanitise as it steams, all in one. Because of the steam function, you might notice the floor slightly damp when finished. However, it won't be soaked or overly wet; simply a light moisture that dries quickly.
While this unit is capable of effectively picking up hair, as well as dirt and debris from the floor, separating wet from dry materials, for the best performance and to minimise hair buildup in the roller, it is recommended to remove hair before starting the cleaning process with the Hard Floor Cleaner.

Yes, the brush roll can be either replaced or washed. For proper maintenance, please follow the instructions below.
1. Take off the nozzle cover by pinching the two tabs together.
2. Remove the debris tank by lifting out the floor nozzle using the handle.
3. Remove the brush roll by pulling upward on the tab until a "click" is heard.
4. Slide the brush roll out horizontally.
5. Rinse all parts with warm water and soap.
6. Leave out to fully dry for 24 hours.
